Codling moth Cydia pomonella (L.) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae) is the main pest of apple all over world. Besides usage broad spectrum insecticides being control for C. pomonella, also there a potential entomapathogen nematodes(EPN) same control. In this study, efficacies four entomopathogenic nematode species [Steinernema carpocapsae (Tokat Bakisli05), S. feltiae (Tokat-Emir), Heterorhabditis bacteriophora (TOK20), and H. (11KG)] have been investigated against last instar under laboratory conditions (in vitro). Three different EPNs concentrations [250, 500 1000 infective juvenile (IJ)/ml-1] nematodes distilled water as were used. Dead larvae counted 48, 72 120 h after treatment, mortality rates calculated. (KG11) isolate was most effective causing 77.8% larval at highest concentration (1000 IJs/ml-1) h. This followed by (76.4%), (69.5%) (Tok 20) (65.3%). The lowest (respectively %5.3, 13.5, 2.7 10.8) seen in 250 IJs/ml-1. isolates are found on but should be supported with detailed field studies.
